Our boutique B&B farmstay runs alongside our active farming life, offering you the perfect blend of independent luxury and authentic country hospitality.
While your accommodation is completely private, you are always welcome in our home. Join us for a drink at our bar, share an evening meal by arrangement, or sit down at our family dining table for breakfast. To fully experience the region, we highly recommend a two or three-night stay.

Independent Guest Villas

Unwind in a private, double-glazed villa set in quiet, peaceful surroundings separate from the main house. Each villa features premium mattresses for an exceptional night's sleep, opening out onto a shared deck and courtyard area.

In Winter, Seatonwood Villas serves as the perfect base for your skiing holiday. The access road to Mt Hutt is a comfortable 70-minute drive, and Porters Alpine Resort is even closer. There is nothing quite like returning from the slopes to a roaring open fire and a home-cooked meal. On days when the weather closes the mountain, our central location keeps you close to plenty of excellent, weather-proof local activities.
